CLOSED 5/14/26 Capital Group - American Funds - OFX-16503

We have been made aware that customers using Capital Group - American Funds are getting an OFX 16503 error when trying to connect or update accounts.

This is impacting Windows and Mac.

This error may also show as an OL-383-A, OL-383-B, or OL-292-B

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
