One Step Update

Because of a corrupted DB I performed a clean install of Quicken Classic. I connected to my ORNL Federal Credit Union and repopulated my Quicken. The credit union requires OTP authentication and in the past, this worked with One step update. Now the program does not ask for the OTP and will not update.

What Q product are you running and what Release of that product. Also, what's your "Subscription Valid thru" date? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

When you click TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to your ORNL account(s)?

Are you getting any error messages or codes? If so, which?
