Quicken can't link to my Citi credit card
Hi, from a frustrated Quicken user (using Quicken for Mac). I've been working with Quicken Support for over a month - most recent case # 12365270 (I made the mistake of opening this second case when I didn't get results from my first case, which means Support has had to start from ground zero….)
I've invested TONS of time on phone with Quicken Support and also Citi. Seems like the Quicken-Citi servers are not properly connecting. For my most recent case, I was told to wait two weeks. No one got back to me. I called again, and Support rep has left me up in the air (just like the rep in my earlier case back in early April) — told me to wait for an email from Quicken and/or call back — very disrespectful of my time. I've also tried to troubleshoot with ChatGPT — I believe I'm doing everything right from my end.
Anyone else having this problem? Any idea how long problems like this take to fix? I like Quicken — but I need it to connect with this Citi MasterCard. I'm considering switching to another service (Monarch maybe?).

I have a Citi Mastercard also, recently acquired from BarclayBank, and had a minor bit of trouble (sorry, don't remember specifics) connecting it to Q … but it's working fine now.
QMac and QWin are so different that I can't tell you how to get there … but in your account setup (that show's all of your accounts) what shows as the Financial Institution for this card? Mine reads "Citi Cards", and I'd think your's should be the same … NOT CitiBank.
