Has anyone been having a problem with Fidelity Retirement with "unidentified securities"?

I have this happening every time there is a contribution or distribution. It does not recognize anything and calls each item and unidentified security. It is so much work to reconcile my account that it is easier to delete the whole account and reupload it as a new account.  This has been going on for about 3 months.  Windows 10

There is no financial institution,  in  Q,  that's known as "Fidelity Retirement".

SO, is this an IRA (or  similar) type account at  Fidelity Investments, OR is it held by Fidelity NetBenefits?
