Another LPL issue

I recently created two new LPL accounts and now have a total of eight LPL accounts. When I tried to add the two accounts to one step update in Quicken, Quicken said it found seven accounts at LPL, including one of the new LPL accounts. But have not been able to get Quicken to find the second new LPL account to add to one step update. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

• How new is the account?
• What kind of account is it (brokerage, 401k, checking, etc.)?
• Are you the primary account holder?
