Tried the fix of logging out of the account =yes and quit. Re logged in no change.
Tried on different computer no change. Tried to activate by using my serial. Get thye message in use.

Try EDIT, Preferences, Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts, then click "Sign-in as different user" and sign back in using the same credentials.
Sometimes your profile doesn't get updated, which causes what you're seeing.
Tried that 5 times. No good. I installed a renew in Feb 2026 and stated good till May 15 2027. My original renewal date was May 15 2026.
Worked fine yesterday and this morning. Logged on later today and thats when the renewal prompts started.
There is also a command on help menu
Refresh Sign in..
Sometimes, that can fix a problem like this.

Are you 100% sure that, to purchase and activate your renewal you used the exact same Quicken ID (email address) that you originally used to register Quicken?
Please describe the procedure you used to purchase the renewal.
