First off, I am a long time Quicken user. I started with a DOS version (2?), well over 30 years. for the last two or three years, I have have had multiple problems with downloading. A a few weeks ago I solved a problem. Shortly after, I can no longer sync. My bank says there are no problems on their end.
The specific issues really don't matter to me, but I think they are OL-220A. I use Hills Bank. Other accounts update fine with Quicken for Windows.
Having this many issues over the last few years, I am ready to move on. Unless, this can be resolved. I have been unable to update my bank accounts for so long, I was forced to do a manual download from my bank just to get my balance on one account updated. I sent an issue into Quicken, but it said I would not get a response. What is the use in that?
When I look at the forums and known issues, there are numerous issues with downloading. So, I don't think I am alone in this situation. If I cannot get a resolution in the next few days, it will be time to move on. After over 30 (closer to 40), it is a sad way to part ways.
