After updating to version 9.0.3 (build 900.6065.100) on a Mac Mini running macOS Tahoe 26.4.1 I can no longer perform an update to Morgan Stanley Online through Direct Connect. Instead I am getting the following Alert Message: “Unable to access your client Profile, please call 800-531-1596 for assistance ERROR CODE 2001.
OFX Error: 2000”
Using Quicken Connect does not resolve the problem.
I checked an older version of Quicken (Version 7.10.1) on an older iMac running macOS Big Sure version 11.7.11 and it has no problems connecting to my profile. This issue occurred right after performing a software update to Quicke version 9.0.3. I believe the issue is with the new update. Need help to resolve this problem. Thanks.
