Quicken is no longer providing accurate stock quotes

Quicken Version R67.10, Build 27.167.10

After a recent update Quicken is no longer providing accurate stock prices.

*  I only update prices, I do not download transactions.  As such I have NOT put user names and passwords for various financial companies into Quicken.
*  The prices was accurate for all stock quotes until about the most recent update.  It could have been the prior update.
* I have rebuilt the data file.  
* I have uninstalled Quicken and reinstalled a fresh version that was downloaded from Quicken.
* I have restored a backup data file.
* I made a dummy account with one share of Target Corp. stock (TGT).  I made sure that the ticker was accurate.  The price for the stock that is showing in Quicken is not accurate and shows a price is an extra digit, such as $xxx.xx5.
* The above is happening with various mutual funds as well as stocks, ex:  BIP, BIPC, XCEL, and others.

What should I do.

If you are running Premier or above, is the setting at Edit > Preferences > Investments > Real time quotes checked? If so, try un-checking it and see if that solves the problem going forward. It will not correct prices that have already been recorded. If Real time Quotes are enabled and you update quotes when the markets are closed, Quicken may record the prices from after-hours trading rather than the correct closing prices.

For example, the correct closing price for TGT on 5/21 is 126.15. I enabled Real Time Quotes and updated at 5:42 Eastern time and the price shows as 125.84. I then disabled Real time Quotes and the 126.15 closing price was restored.

Also please go to the Security Detail View for a problem security, click on More and then Edit price history. Do the problem quotes have zeros for the High and Low? If so, then those prices came from some source other than Quicken's quote provider. Prices with extra digits may come from reinvested dividends, for example.

It seems like you've done the obvious things a user can do here.  Maybe try a "dummy" new file to test out if it's your file - a "local to you" - problem?

And you could pick up the phone and call Official Quicken Support to see if they can come up with anything.
