I am having trouble similar to this post:
In the second tab of AMEX account settings , I click on "Add as online bill" and go through the steps, but this AMEX account never gets added as an online bill. After I try this procedure and validate the Quicken file, the validation results show numerous very old transactions for which a transfer account no longer exists. Validating a second time produces a clean report. Transactions download just fine.
I have another AMEX account that works fine, but not this one. I'd like to have the problem account added as an online biller so I can pay using Quick Pay. Any suggestions?
