For individual stocks, you can enable the Industry/Category column in a Portfolio view, export the data to Excel, and plot it there.

For Premier and above, you can also use the Investing > Portfolio X-Ray to analyze publicly held securities.

You can also plot your asset allocation using the Investing Asset Allocation report.
