Fidelity Investments Daily fund price changes totally in error

Latest Windows 11 release. Problem has been ongoing for a week. Today Fidelity website indicates a $29,610.51 increase in my portfolio at market close. I go to Quicken Classic Deluxe and update in investments and I get an increase of $121.73. My total investments amount is the difference between the above numbers lower. I compare Fidelity website closing prices for my several mutual funds with what Quicken is showing and THAT is the problem. The fund "Quote/Price" for ALL funds in my portfolio are wrong. Please fix this ASAP!

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue you’re experiencing. There are a few things we can check to help ensure your settings are configured correctly.

Possible causes

• No ticker symbol entered
  Quicken needs a valid ticker symbol to retrieve pricing data. If the Security Detail View shows a blank Symbol field, Quicken can’t look up the price.
• Incorrect or outdated ticker
  If the ticker has changed (due to a merger, rename, or reorganization), you’ll need to update it manually.
• Unsupported security type
  Quicken doesn’t download prices for money market funds. These typically have symbols ending in XX (e.g., VMFXX).

How to fix it

Use the Look Up Symbol feature to find and correct missing or outdated ticker symbols:

1. Open the investment account in the investing tab.
2. Select the security in question and go to its Security Detail View.
3. Click Edit Details.
4. Click Look Up Symbol and follow the prompts to search by security name.
5. Select the correct symbol and click OK.

Verify “Download Quotes” is enabled

1. Open the Security List under Tools.
2. Make sure the Download Quotes checkbox is selected for security.
3. Once enabled, try downloading prices again.

To download current security prices

1. Choose the Investing menu at the top > Go to Investing.
2. On the Portfolio tab, click the Update button (Internet access required). Alternatively, if you use One Step Update, you can download quotes as part of the update process.
3. To exclude a security from being updated (Optional):
   • On the Quicken toolbar, click the One Step Update button.
   • On the Download quotes and investment information option, click the Select quotes blue link.
   • On the Security List screen, make changes as necessary.

To determine when security prices were last downloaded

1. Choose the Investing menu at the top> Portfolio.
2. At the bottom, you'll see a yellow message that displays the date and time the quotes were last updated.
