What is with the new behavior??

Question

I am a long-time user of Quicken for Windows. Recently when I click on an account in the left-side panel, instead of showing me the account register I have started to see the Downloaded Transactions window taking up the entire register area, except that there are no new downloaded transactions!  This forces me to minimize that window to get to the register.

Is this behavior controllable via some new preference that I cannot find? Is there a way to always take me account register with any downloaded transactions displayed below the register??

are you using more than one monitor? If so, are these monitors of different screen size and resolution?

Are you moving the Quicken window between monitors?

You don't state which release of Quicken you are using (Help→About Quicken), I recently updated from R67.7 to R67.10 and neither version exhibited the issue you are reporting.

Just a thought.   Do you see a down arrow to the left of "downloaded transactions (xxx)" in the upper left of the downloaded transactions box?  If so, click it and it may remove the big download window.
