the account shows a securities value of $3450 even thogh the share balance is zero so the portfolio net worth is overvalued by that $3450 is it possible to eliminate that $3450?
What kind of "Account" are you referring to here? You state "active cash account" which suggests it's some sort of Banking Account, but then throw in the "securities value" statement, suggesting it's an Investment Account.
If it really is an Investment Account then you should be able to delete that security by a Removed - Shares Removed action for that security with a number of shares equal to whatever number the Account is showing.
