Transamerica stopped providing Quicken QFX files for import

Since February of this year Transamerica 403(b) website stopped providing QIF file downloads for importing into quicken. They now provide only CSV file. Has anyone tried reformatting this csv file for import into the 403(b) investment account in Quicken Classic for Windows? How to do it?

Also I have seen some comments about a QIF "translator" that converts a csv file into QIF?? Can this be used for the csv provided by TransAmerica? If yes, where can I find this translator?

You could try ImportQIF ( ImportQIF information ).

I use it extensively for non-investment accounts, so I can't report how well it will work with an investment account, BUT, it is free and will only cost you your time to try it.

Be sure to make a backup before you do anything in Quicken in case it doesn't work to your satisfaction.
