I can connect - shows successful connection- but ZERO transactions download. at first it was just First Bank affected, but now all my other cc, (Citi, Amex, Chase) Connect, but do not download transactions. what the what is going on??????????

Same thing is happening to me; when I try to reset the connection it clears my credentials, doesn't accept new ones and presents the CC-501 error

Since this is affecting accounts across multiple financial institutions, I recommend you start troubleshooting by following this step from our article on missing transactions/transactions not downloading:
Refresh your Quicken login. You can do this by navigating to Help>Refresh Sign in…. Note: Have your password handy, since it will ask you to log in.
Once the refresh is complete, test if the issue is resolved.

To better assist you, could you please confirm the type of Synchrony credit card you are trying to connect? If possible, please also share the financial institution’s website URL that you normally use to access your account.
