Added Replacement Discover Credit Card

Added a new replacement Discover credit card to Quicken. Activated account through Quicken successfully with Discover card. Verified with Quicken website the new card is allowed for third party download.

Quicken software does not show the new account being able to download transactions. VR67.10

Any suggestions as to why?

Is the original account still connected in your Quicken file? If it is, are new transactions still downloading there?

To troubleshoot, please backup your file and deactivate all of your Discover accounts. Once the accounts are deactivated, navigate to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts. When you get to the Add/Link screen, carefully link your accounts to the existing accounts in your file.

I don't have an answer, but I am wondering if this new card is due to Capital One's acquisition of Discover and what we might have to look forward to as they roll out the transition?

Thank you for reaching out! You mentioned this is a replacement card. Was the card added as a new card, or was it linked to the existing account?

If it's linked to the existing account, then the account name would still reflect the previous card's information, even though the new card is connected. If that is what's happening, you can correct it by editing the account name.

If it's added as a new card but can't be downloaded, please provide more information. Do you see any error messages/codes? What happens when you try to update the account?

No error messages. Both Discover and Quicken show third party access completed succesfully. The new credit card (replacement) account does not show on the One Step Update. When I edit the account and look at the Online Services tab is still shows Set Up Now. I have set it up three times but still cannot get it to show on the One step update. When I look at the Online Center form it doesn't show there either.
