Accounts Not Automatically Reconciling

Instead of my accounts automatically reconciling when downloading activity, I'm getting duplicate entires….i.e. if I've manually entered a "future payment" in an account, when that payment actually posts during a downloaded it 's NOT being matched with the entry I've already manually entered. I see this primarily with my Citibank checking account. How do I get back to getting "matches" instead of duplicate entries ?

• When was the last time transaction matching worked correctly?
• Can you provide specific examples of transactions where this issue occurred?
• Could you share screenshots of the original transactions and the duplicates as they appear in Quicken?
• Do the Date, Payee, and Amount of the downloaded transactions exactly match the reminder entries?
• Were the reminder transactions already entered into the account register before the transactions downloaded?
• If so, how many days before the download were the reminder transactions entered?

For reference, Quicken for Windows currently looks back 7 days from the last download for transaction matching purposes, with a maximum lookback window of 30 days. The additional details above will help determine whether the transactions should have matched automatically or if they may have fallen outside the expected matching window.
