ONGOING 4/19/26 Synchrony Bank & Care Credit CC-503/FDP-103
I cannot locate a current thread to comment. So this is a new post on a 2025 to current problem.
@Quicken Kristina Although a Quicken user for over 30 years, I am unsure exactly how the posting and support needs works, so I am posting below to possibly spur an update on fixing the issue Quicken users are experiencing with Synchrony.
I am using the latest version of Quicken: Release R67.10. Started 06/01/2026 when attempting to add new account from Synchrony. Unable to edit a current account in Quicken or manually add a web link. I attempted to login and create a new account with all "synchrony" finanacial options, including a Value www.synchrony.com option on 06/05/2026.

The SYNCHRONY ALERT where credentials are not recognized since Synchrony has made changes to the login URL has not had further updates since April. The root cause appears to be a new flow of links to the login page. The following may support a solution for Quicken to implement. This is a big issue for those of us that use Quicken daily. As of now, I am not able to download my Amazon account nor add and download my Rooms to Go account into Quicken.
A. Quicken will need to ADD a new Financial Option for Synchrony - such as Synchrony Credit Cards-Universal using www.synchrony.com/signin. www.synchrony.com will take users to the main site, not to the page where login credentials are entered.

B. Below are the URLs that are being used when logging into the account online.
