Windows 11, Quicken 32-bit. NC State Employees Credit Union decided to completely redo their website all in the name of efficiency, I guess. I've been using Q for many, many years and it's always worked well. I do the Update which connects with the bank and imports my transactions (and doubles them sometimes but that's another problem) and then I can reconcile. Except for now that they've done this web update. I've pored through all the helps, chats, FAQ's but nothing is helping with this issue for me. I open Q, choose account list and they all show up. Click on the checking account and click on deactivate. I figured that would renew their handshake and all would be well. Upon clicking on Deactivate, well, I've attached a photo of what it does. NOTHING. I have to go to Task Man and end the task to shake it loose. This just isn't going to work. Can somebody please help me? If that isn't the best way to reconnect the bank and my computer, do you have a better suggestion?
