Win 11 Pro, Quicken Classic Premier R67.10, Build 27.1.67.10
My one-year authorization at Citi Bank for MC and Visa downloads expired. Even though I have been through the reset process, my Citi Bank profile says I have authorized Quicken, and I have gone through Quicken to reauthorize for another year, the transactions are not downloading.
In Quicken after a download request, I get a posted transaction titled "Adjusting Transaction" and the memo field notes "Adjustment to offset newly-downloaded items before this date". As one might expect, this is not helpful.
How do I fix this?
