One Step Update

I do a weekly or twice weekly one step update. Today, I performed one, and none of my accounts (checking, savings, credit cards) were listed on the screen and they didn't update or connect. I tried going to each account to manually update and connect to the bank, credit card company, and "update" was not an option to be able to connect.

When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as your Product, Version and "Subscription Valid until" date?

When was the last time you successfully did a download? Has anything, that you're aware of, changed since then?

Are you saying that, in each account, when you clicked the GEAR icon in the upper right of the account register, "Update Now" wasn't present?
