I am noy able to setup Fidelity Rewards credit card.

Tells me my password or User ID are incorrect and to go to Elanfinancialservices.com.

When I do this see attached image of the site. Once the page comes up you do not have any links to login.

The only way I can get in is to log into myaccess

No special character in the user id or password.

something changed over the last couple of days because my register shows downloads first week of June.

There's no attached image.

And, are there any special characters in  either you ID or password for Elan.  Because the connection to Elan is via Express Web Connect,  which is via HTML, some special characters can disrupt that connection.

When you're signing directly into the website, you're not using HTML, which is why they work then.
