This discussion was created from comments split from: Busey Bank issue.
Busey has a redesigned website. Great. Looks pretty, which seems to be all important these days, but doesn't function as it once did. Here we are several days later. Still unable to reconnect Busey accounts to Quicken (Windows). Despite reporting the issue, being told there isn't no problem, to being given printed instructions that didn't work. Spent LOTS of time chatting with Busey and Quicken yesterday to no avail. Lots of finger pointing and being told it is the other guy's issue. I repeated the same steps over and over so many times (with the same result) that I dreamt about them in my sleep last night! I miss the days when there was actual testing and re-testing new products BEFORE release. Now we suffer the consequences of releasing 'new & improved' things that just aren't. And no one really seems to care.
Hi @Teresa is frustrated, Thanks for joining this thread and for reaching out to the Quicken Community!
In order to provide the best troubleshooting steps, I have a few questions:
I look forward to your reply!
The website is no longer busey.com. It is now digitalbanking.busey.com. The new darker blue icon does appear in the list in Quicken when I try to add the account. I then receive a text message 'This is your Intuit EWC One Time Password'. As I progress I get the error attached. When I spoke to Busey yesterday, they say they are not sending me the one-time passcode txt message. And Quicken is no longer an Intuit product.
Thank you for your reply,
The error message in your screenshot is associated with a CC-501 error.
