Hello, let me start with some background please: I had some trouble getting Bank of America transactions to import, and got assistance from Quicken support back on 5/21. The solution was to move the Quicken file off Dropbox, move to my computer, then deactivate the account, remove the bank acct name and account, then add the account again. This worked well.
However, when I attempted to update my Wells Fargo account, I found that the option under Settings, to import a file from the bank, disappeared. The only option I see is to 'Download transactions directly from your financial institution'. However, upon entering the correct userid/PW, I'm told it's not correct (It is, as I can use the same ID/PW to log in outside of quicken) and am prompted to enter a new credit card account, which I don't want to do.
How do I either 1) get the option to import a file from the bank back, or 2) set up another account to allow this functionality?
