Am using windows, Quicken classic deluxe v R67.10.
I have a BMO US credit card, and I've activated transaction download. When I attempt to download I receive a message in Quicken to the effect: Unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. There are four additional BMO bank accounts that both upload and download without a problem. When I try to upload via One Step, the four accounts upload, the credit card does not. To my mind, BMO handles its credit cards in a strange way. I had to cancel a card due to fraud. When the new card was issued, BMO changed the number in their system rather than setting it up as a new account. Bottom line, how to I get past this problem?
