Quicken is recurrently duplicating scheduled transactions

I am using Quicken for Windows R 67.10. Over the course of some weeks, I have recurrently noticed a symptom in which scheduled transactions (notably including my mortgage, homeowners' dues, and car payment) are posted to my checking account twice in the same month. I have generally been able to spot and correct the erroneous transactions, but that is an irritating bug.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are the duplicated transactions both downloaded transactions, or is one downloaded and the other the scheduled transaction (entered in your register, but not matched to the downloaded transaction)? Do the Payee, Date, and Amount of the duplicate transactions match? Is the category blank in any of the duplicated transactions?
