I am using Quicken Classic Home and Business {R67.10) on a newish, up-to-date Windows 11 laptop with good internet service. The bank in question is Southern Trust Bank. The bank also mentioned that they used to be called South Port. This bank is located in southern Illinois.
In Quicken my bank account, for several months, was successfully connected via Direct Connect to my bank and I was able to download bank transactions. Sometime after 3/3/26 the account was no longer connected.. Quicken Tech support had me disconnect the account and attempt to reconnect (Add Account) but I can't find the correct bank in the provided list. The bank says everything is set up and ready on their end but that is the extent of their help. Help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
