My Quicken no longer provides the name of a previously used payee when entering the payee name. Has anyone encountered this?
Give examples, with graphics if possible.
Because I'm not exactly following (or seeing) what you're claiming.
I edited the title of your post to clarify the issue. Please post back if that does not describe your problem.
Check the settings at Edit > Preferences > Data Entry & QuickFill > Complete fields using previous entries and Recall memorized payees.
These must both be checked to use memorized payees. Sometimes Quicken un-checks these and other settings when the version is upgraded.
