Fidelity checking download transactions

I have an account that I manually update. I tried to add online access it went through the whole procedure and add to quicken. It didn't add an account. I even renamed the original and went through the process again. Do I have to have more than starter to make this work?

Starter doesn't support brokerage accounts, and since Fidelity is a brokerage (not a bank) that account at Fidelity is actually a brokerage account … not a bank checking account. As a brokerage, Fidelity can't legally offer true checking accounts, only money-market funds that ACT like checking accounts.

So, YeS, you need Deluxe or higher to create both the associated brokerage account and this pseudo-checking account.
