I spent the better part of a day a week ago with very nice people at Quicken tech support including an escalation person. While it appeared that the escalation tech understood the problem I am having and had an explanation for it (the fund is not in the "matrix"), I did not get further communication as promised and the problem still is not fixed.
Simply, Quicken is not downloading buy and sell transactions for the Fidelity money market fund, Fidelity US Treasury Only MM Fd (FDLXX). Everything else downloads fine. I am left to manually inputting the transactions in order to keep my account in sync with my Fidelity brokerage account. As my investment manager uses this fund to keep cash (although it is not the "core" account), these transactions can be frequent.
Would you please look into this for me. I am not willing to spend hours on the phone on it anymore. It's not a problem I can fix on my end - that was clarified by all the time I already spent on it. In fact I spent so much time with the tech, he said he would add two months on to my Quicken subscription, although I don't see any reflection of that on my account.
Anyone else having this problem?
BTW, the case number is 12463814. I received an e-mail requesting I do a questionnaire on my "closed" case. It's not a closed case by any means. I haven't done the questionnaire yet as it would be very negative.
