Thanks Quicken Laura and others who replied to my gripe last month. Just returned from travels, and found that discussion closed.
So I was never able to solve my problem of linking to my Citi account.
- I go through all the steps at Citi and then try to link, as Quicken Laura laid out.
- I've confirmed Safari is my default browser.
- I've verified that my Citi account has my correct profile info.
- When trying to link, I've tried several Citi boxes in the search field — there are so many that I wasn't going to try every single one.
- I've called Citi - took a lot of time, and the rep ultimately said it was a Quicken problem.
- I've called Quicken support several times about this (NEW case #12365270 and old ticket #12365112 - invested a lot of time into explaining the problem and testing solutions - to have the Support Team escalate, but have never heard back).
Don't know what else to do. 😒
