Quicken no longer seems to download individual transactions for two of my financial institutions, which are very large. The reason is that these institutions now use the SIMPLE Tracking Method as opposed to COMPLETE. According to Quicken, that is because they are connected to Quicken via Express Web Connect+ as opposed to Direct Connect. In speaking with both institutions, they say that Quicken has changed the way it does things; Quicken says it is the institutions that have changed. Have others had this problem, and what has Quicken or your institution done to enable one to look at individual transactions made with your brokerage?
If it is on Quicken, which I think it is, Quicken has lost much of its value to me, as I no longer can use it to review cap gains and help me plan my finances. 😓
