I just found a discussion of a problem about corrupted data which has some similarities to a problem I just encountered. The title is "Bank data failed to download and now accounts are corrupted - where do I start??"
Unfortunately, it ends with:
"Thank you - I had great tech support and responded within 2 minutes.
Problems are solved and now I just need to re-enter manually 2 years of
categories and tags for the BoA accounts."
It sure would be nice to know what the solution(s) were. We can't ask the sender, GV User, that because the discussion is closed. That is a very unhelpful way to close a discussion.
