R68.25 Flags savings goal transaction as uncleared [Edited]

I'm seeing this for the first time today. After doing my normal One-Step update, the transaction register is now flagging a savings goal transaction as uncleared. I understand these can't be cleared, so why is Quicken now flagging them as uncleared? There's nothing I can do about it.

To help me better understand what you're seeing, could you please clarify where Quicken is indicating that the Savings Goal transaction is uncleared?

Is it in the register for the funding account?
During reconciliation or another view?

Also, if possible, could you provide a screenshot showing the uncleared flag or indicator?

The register is in the funding account. It appeared right after I'd downloaded more recent transactions, and auto-reconciliation is on. I had just recently updated Quicken to R68.25. This is what I see:

Since the issue started shortly after a program update, I recommend restoring a backup from before the program was updated and confirming if the issue is resolved in the newly restored file.
