Quicken Classic on Windows desktop computer.
Set up loan with Honda Financial services, on their web site, a few days ago. I tried creating a loan in Quicken, but cannot. When I try, the window says "Owner is reporting an issue. The associated accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue." When I put in credentials, the next window says "Opps there is a connection problem." Error code CC-555 It's been this way, whenever I try, over the past 5 days.
Hope this isn't yet another Quickens way of saying 'Thanks for paying for our service but it is of course someone else's problem'.
I have set up other loans, with no problem.
