What happened to Sales Tax 1 and Tax 2 options in the Business GST & PST Reports?

I recently updated my Quicken program to Release R67.8 4/29/2026, and I no longer see or had the option to switch sales taxes for my quarterly GST and PST report. I went to Reports - Business - GST/PST Report. The reports runs and then I select my date range and then click on the cog (upper right) to customize my report. Under the advanced tab there is supposed to be a Sales Tax box with options for Tax1(GST) and Tax2 (PST).

After the update this disappeared (GONE), and there was no option to revert back to EARLY ACCESS (Edit - Preferences) which would have brought the reports back. I called and was told that I had to reinstall to version R65.20 Build 27.1.65.20 (December 2025) to get this option back and functioning. Am I missing something here? I need these reports to file my quarterly GST and PST amounts. Please help as for the time being I can no longer update my Quicken Program.

* You can contact Quicken Support and provide the investigation ticket number CBT-1196.
* You can also ask for an update here in the Community. If any new information is available, we'll be happy to check and share it with you.

Hi Carlos,

Will I get a notification in this chain when it's fixed? It a pretty big issue for all provinces that do not use a single GST or HST account. Any province that uses separate GST and PST will not be able to provide reporting if their quicken program is updated after version R65.20 Build 27.1.65.20 (December 2025). We are now 7 months into 2026 so I think that this would be a pretty big deal and should be escalated accordingly. Just my take 🙂.
