I'm on Windows 11. After not reconciling since April because of NC SECU's new website and then finding 2 adjustment transactions of $41,059, I was finally able to reconcile what I had. After that, I tried to reconcile again, this time needing to download the latest transactions. It sent me to SECU, I told it to download the Quicken files. They downloaded to my computer. But when clicking on that downloaded file, it started trying to reinstall Quicken! Why? I don't need it reinstalled. I've had ENOUGH problems with this software. Please help me figure out how to get this done. This is hours of work gone.
