I have American Express accounts under two logins (one for my wife and one for me). My wife's account (a credit card) under her login works just fine. It downloads as it should. On the other hand, the two accounts ( credit card and savings) under my login has stopped downloading transactions. They are included in the one-step update settings and appear to be downloading, but no transactions download. The accounts do not appear in the one-step update summary, either. There are no error messages for this, although about two weeks ago, I did receive error CC-600 for these two accounts: could not find any accounts with nonzero balance or any transactions in the past six months.
