Quicken Classic MAC Financials Investment Quicken BOGUS "MARKET VALUE" Views

YESTERDAY 7/13/26 two Quicken account views of "MARKET VALUE" posted bogus (have 10 accounts with Fidelity.) Fidelity website is correct - this is a Quicken issue. As an 8 (eight) year Quicken Classic Mac subscriber basic use, 5 (five) year+ Investment alignment with multiple Fidelity investment accounts unable to find current in Community (new to Community open to feedback):

Quicken 79+% increase"Market Value" on Fidelity Investment Account - Fidelity Balance correct

Fixed Bank CDs and Cash -
Quicken "Market Value" $330 ⇐wrong Quicken "Balance" $118 ⇐correct.
Fidelity = $118

2. Quicken 20+% increase"Market Value" for a Fidelity Investment Account - Fidelity Balance correct

Index Fund - FXAIX -
Quicken "Market Value" $294 ⇐wrong "Balance" $133 ⇐correct.
Fidelity = $133

Are your share balances in the problem accounts correct?
Did the market value correct itself the next time the values were updated?
Were there specific securities reflecting incorrect information?
- If yes, were those securities in any accounts other than the problem accounts?
- Does the price history for those securities show incorrect prices on the 13th?

Well, another Quicken problem creeped up - me as a non-Cloud user all on desktop but an error message to Create Cloud is a a full stop - I cannot bring down/update my accounts yet sooooo give me a day or so and I will provide the info to this question "Did the market value correct itself the next time the values were updated?"

Are your share balances in the problem accounts correct? - Yes they are correct
Did the market value correct itself the next time the values were updated? - will let you know in 24-48 hrs when I figure the other new issue out ;-)
Were there specific securities reflecting incorrect information? No, the CDs & Cash in the first account; and the single Index fund with a portion Cash in the 2nd account are correct in the account.

FYI, I have had these account in Quicken along with 8 others for 3 years no issues

You keep referencing a "Cloud account not found" error. This should be easily fixable in Settings > Connected Services by clicking the Reset button in the Cloud section. Note that this does not mean all your data will be uploaded to Quicken Cloud; as long as you have Sync set to Off (in Settings > Mobile, Web & Alerts), none of your transactions ro account credentials will be uploaded to Quicken's Cloud servers. But every Quicken desktop file does have (or needs to have) a Cloud dataset associated with it for certain features to work correctly. An associated cloud dataset does not mean your transaction data is in the cloud. I always have Sync set to Off, but I do have a cloud dataset for each of my desktop data files.
