Emailing Invoices

Having trouble emailing invoices to customers says PDF drive can not be found or intialized. Then another screen pops up and says Fail to generate the PDF file. Please check Quicken PDF driver is installed and set as default and try again! Can you please tell me why this is happening?

The issue, "PDF Driver could not be found or initialized," has been escalated internally, and our Support team is actively working toward a resolution.
