Why has Quicken started inverting the math in one Credit Card Account?

This account was operating properly until a recent update. Now, when I download from my bank as usual, charges enter in black and are credited, payments are entered in red and are debited, so it is behaving like a checking account. The opening balance was not changed; I checked, it is still zero. The amounts of all transactions appear to be correct, except they are inverted. There are no active filters selected. Downloaded transactions are numerically correct, but are just inverted value. Database has been validated (more than once).

Charges always come into the Register in black. Are the charges being properly lodged in the "Charges" column? And when you say (they) "are credited", are you telling us that the dollar amount in the "Balance" column are being reduced?

If the answer to the two questions is "yes" and "yes", then I'd ask you what's the color of the Balance amount? The Balance column is typically in red with a negative sign. But if some previous error like a double entry of a payment or a return brings the Balance into the black, meaning that you no longer "owe" the credit card company, the credit card company "owes" you, then each subsequent charge will reduce the Balance.

Any chance that's what you're seeing here?
