I've encountered a problem opening a prior Feature Request of mine. The message I get is shown below says You need the Vanilla.Discussions.View permission to do that. The link I'm trying to open is:
Very interesting … my Flag checklist is different than yours … only bad reasons in mine, with nothing to request a Move, Merge, Convert or Review. Perhaps it's because I'm running Beta version B78.9 Build 27.2.78.9? I've decided to let this older, no longer visible request remain buried since I want the focus to be on the newer, more tightly focused request anyway.
Some flagging options are only available to SuperUsers. It certainly wouldn’t have anything to do with the version of Quicken you’re using.
Your prior post was Archived due to inactivity. Is there something you need to add to it? You can FLAG (icon to the right of your title line) the Mods and ask them to reopen it.
Your other post, on a similar topic, is still open and available.
I’m trying to review the history of that older request — when it was submitted, what comments were made, and whether any actions were taken.
The “Flag” option appears to be oriented toward reporting inappropriate content, so I wasn’t sure if that was the correct mechanism for requesting a reopening. If that is indeed the right way to proceed, I’ll use it.
I simply want to regain access to the post so I can reference its details and ensure the newer Idea is framed correctly.
Either "Moderator Review" or "Other" could be used.
