Hidden payees show up in Quicken Mobile

One of the big problems with Quicken Mobile is that when we are typing in a payee name, it shows us ALL PAYEES that we have ever used throughout history on Quicken Mac Desktop — INCLUDING THE PAYEES THAT WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY HIDDEN IN QUICKEN MAC DESKTOP.

We do not want to see the hidden payees on Quicken Mobile. We only want to see currently active payees.

It slows us down tremendously to have to scroll through (or type through) all the hidden payees, just to get to the active payee that we're looking for.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue! I replicated the issue in my mobile app and forwarded it to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. If you would like to contribute to the investigation, in the mobile app, tap the menu icon, tap Help, then Report an Issue.

Thank you so much, Kristina! :) A few issues that I’d like to bring to your attention:

I actually did not know about that “Report an Issue” button in your screenshot.

For the last 3 years, I have been reporting dozens of bugs & feature requests by tapping on the “Feedback” button in your screenshot (instead of the “Report an issue” button).

Can you please confirm that nobody at Quicken is actually monitoring the emails that are sent through the “Feedback” button?

I ask because none of my requested bug fixes nor feature requests over the last 3 years have been implemented.

If nobody is monitoring that “Feedback” email address, then that should be removed from the app.

Those emails go to the product team. They do not respond to the emails, but they do see them.

I ask because none of my requested bug fixes nor feature requests over the last 3 years have been implemented.

I can see how that would be frustrating. When you encounter a bug, it is generally fastest to report the issue to Quicken Support directly via phone or chat. You can also report issues through the Community, but our ability to escalate issues is limited.
