Quicken (quicken classic deluxe for Windows) just randomly deleted about 6 months of previously categorized and tagged transactions for one of my linked CC accounts. When I reconnected the account it only downloaded the last maybe two weeks of transactions. It does not align with a statement break or any other obvious date that makes any sense.
I know I can feed in the CSV files and then manually go back through and recategorize everything, but that is insanely annoying. I could try to restore form a backup, but I didn't notice the issue until an hour into this work session and I've already downloaded and categorized many transactions in other accounts. I assume restoring from backup would roll back all this work and I'd need to start again?
Is there another way to do this faster? Can I import ONLY the transactions in that one from the backup or some other workaround?
