Help Import QFX Causes Error 1706 (Canadian version)

Question

Version 27.1.68.32 Classic  As of August 8/26 I am unable to downlow my .QFX files in to my Quicken.  I get "network resource unavailable, Error 1706.  My Quicken did not expire and was renewed.  I could be missing a patch but unable to get any fixes yet that have worked.  Can you help me.  I have a Canadian program and it is not a bank issue.

Are you downloading the QFX file and then opening it in either your web browser or Windows File Explorer or are you using Quicken's File → File import → Web Connect QFX file menu to open it?

If you aren't using the menu, try that.
