Unable to add Fidelity account, seeing "Sign in to Fidelity Investments failed. Try again." error

I have existing Fidelity accounts that download just fine.  However, when I try to add new account under a different Fidelity user name, it kept getting this error after approving access on Fidelity website.  I've tried for 2 days now and it's still the same error.

Sounds like the same problem I'm having. I checked on the Fidelity site and the accounts are authorized but Quicken sends "sign in failed due to time out or a connection error" even though the connection is under a minute. As you said, existing accounts download fine. I tried using a new blank data file and got the same problem. No browser blockers or filters are active and cookies are not blocked. I ran a super-validate on the file and checked that there were no hidden Fidelity accounts that might be interfering. Sounds like a data communication problem between Fidelity and Quicken.
