Investment cash not counted in net worth

My net worth does not match in the companion app (Android latest version) what is in Quicken (Windows, latest version). I tracked it down to the cash shown when you go to investments. That cash is not being counted in the investments value or net worth. Every account balance for investments matches between the mobile app and desktop app. I believe this is a bug.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. I tried to replicate this in my app but wasn't able to. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

When did you first notice this issue?
What kind of investment accounts are synced (brokerage, 401k, etc.)?
Are there any accounts that aren't synced?
Are all the accounts in USD?
- If you use other currencies, which currencies do you use?
Have you tried resetting the Quicken Cloud?
