Cash double counted in JPMorgan Investment Accounts

I am using a Quicken subscription for Mac and have noticed two recent problems with downloaded transactions in multiple JPM accounts.

The first issue is that the cash in the JPM sweep investment is reflected as both a line item investment in the account and also as "Cash." As such, the Quicken account balance is always overstated by the cash amount.

The second issue is that multiple investments in the accounts do not reflect the correct number of shares. Pricing information is accurate. Updating accounts does not correct these errors, nor does relinking the accounts.

I appreciate any help in correcting these errors.

• Are there any placeholders which may be contributing to the double counting issue?
• Is the sweep fund tracked as cash or as a holding on the financial institution side?
• Which specific sweep fund is this happening with?
• Are there any securities with similar names which may be causing the incorrect shares issue? (For example, if the name being sent to Quicken changed slightly, then some shares may be under the old name and some under the new name)
