Citi credit cards mixing up transactions

Since Citi keeps both cards under the same login information, the activity is being recorded twice. The same information is being downloaded in each account.

• When did you first notice this issue?
• Were the accounts previously connected in Quicken and downloading correctly?
• Are these accounts completely separate accounts under the same set of login credentials?
  • Are these accounts shared accounts?
    • If they are shared, are you connecting them in Quicken using the primary cardholder's login credentials?
